DESCRIPTION:How should we live our lives\, in a world where bad things happen to good people? What kinds of love and grace do we owe to ourselves and each other? How can we create lasting change\, peace\, and justice\, for all people? Cappella Clausura’s mission has always been rooted in justice\, in correcting an inequality by performing music by women. This program is our creed more broadly\, and includes music that promotes peace over war\, healing over hurt\, and people over policy. In short\, we present music about the better angels of our nature\, and how we can manifest a kinder world together. \nMusic by Mattia Maurée\, Ursula Kwong-Brown\, Linda Chase\, and others. The proceeds from this program will be split with a local Boston charity.
